SCHEDULE & TUITION:

After School & Summer Afternoon Sessions (Year-Round)

Once Weekly – Choose: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri –

4:30 pm – 6:30 pm = 4 Two-Hour Classes

$245 per 4 weeks

Summer Camp – 5 Day Weekly Morning Sessions

Mon – Fri 10 am – 12 pm = 5 Two-Hour Classes

$265 per week (before any discounts)

Summer Camp Special Discounts Available for a limited time:

*Enroll 2 or more weekly camps or groups of 4+ and receive a 15% discounted tuition!

We provide all art supplies, personal sketchbooks and and a short snack time halfway through. Projects will include ceramics building & glazing, canvas painting, watercolor and/or pastels, and crafts.

Students enjoy a unique, comfortable home environment complete with backyard patio, garden and ceramics area, and ever changing Mural wall. Our teacher/student ratio is unbeatable and our staff is comprised of talented and experienced artists with a genuine purpose and love of teaching children.

Each tuition includes a Sketch Book that the child works in and takes home once filled. Snack time is also provided for each 2-hour class with Juice, Fresh Baked Cookies, Fruit & Veggies.

We are excited about and proud of our award winning programs success since our opening in June 2009. Our parents and students have found it to be a rewarding experience in exploring and creating art. We have watched the unmistakable growth in talent, creativity and confidence in our students and their artwork.

Class content and mediums:

DRAWING:

Training the artistic eye with still life, landscape, nature & animals, plein air, abstractions & reference materials.

Sketching & Shading, Perspective & Composition, Contour Drawing, Basic Figure Drawing, Additive & Subtractive Techniques, Scratch Art & Texturing.

*Mediums used: charcoal, graphite, pen & ink, pencils, markers, paint pens, pastels & chalks, etc.

PAINTING:

Learning basic to advanced painting techniques, materials, colors, and creative effects using various mediums, while exploring masters works and styles across time and the globe: still life, landscape, nature, animals, plein air, abstractions and reference materials.

*Mediums used: acrylics, oils, watercolors, tints, sea sponges, windows & walls, etc.

CERAMICS:

Instruction in hand-building, wheel-thrown pottery, glazing & firing, mask making & sculptures.

*Mediums used: stoneware clay, glazes, & decorative accessories

MURAL & WINDOW PAINTING:

Basic instruction in design, layout and painting techniques for mural and window painting with field trips and special events.

*Mediums used: acrylics, tints & wax pencils

MIXED-MEDIUM:

Exploring artworks by combining an array of mixed mediums including: paints, markers, pastels, decorative papers, mod podge, and an array of ornamental pieces (shells, glass beads, etc).
